Eh.  Blake's physique is way better.  Karl's flexing and sucking in his belly hard as hell in this pic and you see none of the definition Blake has. 

Karl has that strongman physique but Blake has that underwear model physique.

I remember when he was in the draft they did a special on his workout & he does a lot of unorthodox stuff with some trainer (they kept his identity secret during the special) and I remember him saying he doesn't eat red meat. So there you go.
