I’d rather have an educated elite be the politicians than...politicians. Basically the Supreme Court with extended powers. Cut of all the rest of this government decision making. Hard to get anything substantial done in terms of nationwide (or statewide or city) infrastructure when the leader keeps changing and funding changes from term to term.
