20 Minutes and in my experience this is the sweet spot. Just enough time to caffein-ate and prepare for work, additionally on the way home its perfect amount of time to decompress.

Honestly. At that point it's time to relocate or find a new job...especially if you're doing it 5 days a week.

5 minute walk. Also walk to the crib for lunch. I appreciate the amount of time saved.

When the MTA wants to run smooth & if I legit catch the train once I get down to the platform, it can take me 10-15 minutes tops.

On average, I'd say 10-20 depending what train I take. Before I moved tho, door to do about an hour  .

I remember when the back roads were back roads & smooth sailing to your destination. They just as bad, sometimes worse, than the main roads/highways

    10 minutes.

Fortunate enough to find an apartment not too far from work.
