how to get tickets off your record

I am applying for a  job that needs you to have a clean driving record and i have a couple of tickets in the past 2-3 years. Is there any way to get those tickets off my record even though its been 8 months to a year and a half ago??

Haha I dont think you'll be getting that job. I believe it takes 3 years for a point to drop. I got a ticket this weekend so I need to pay that off and go to traffic school.
