Lil Wayne (feat. Eminem) - Drop the World

The song is decent I did expect a bit more from them for some reason...

Em's flow was crazy, but thats about where it stops for him on this track...

I actually thought that Wayne stood out on this track, esp since he wasnt on that bulls**t that he been on for quite a while, plus he brought that energy tothe track from the jump...

And yes, N's do hype Em's s**t up a lil too much...

em lyrically wasn't at his best, but flow-wise, he just killed wayne. wayne's voice is like em's accent, gotta stop it.

why can't em rap like this all the time? he could kill any beat

yeah...and this wasn't that much of an effort from Em...it was just his typical "spit really hard about not a lot" He really didn't say anything.

Wayne did?

No hate, just saying...

Em's "nothing" on this track > Wayne's.

Shout out to the homies Chase N. Cashe & Hit Boy of Surf Club who produced this.

I know this is going to sound hypocritical coming from a guy who just did a post coming all of Drake's and Wayne's collabs, but stop worrying about who"murked" who on the song and just appreciate the music. Sometimes people get so caught up in that they forget to enjoy the song, which is the mainpurpose of the music.

Track is nothing special, though.

Eminem > Wayne

And Eminem Murdered You On Your Own *#%!

It hurts, but I never show this pain you'll never know
If only you could see just how lonely and how cold
And frostbit I've become, my back's against the wall
When push come to shove, I just stand up and scream "@!@@ 'em all"
Man, it feels like these walls are closing in
This roof is caving in, up its time to razor thin
Your days are numbered like pagers and
My book of rhymes, got 'em cookin', boy
This crooked mind of mine got 'em all
Shook and scared to look in my eyes
I stole that %!!$$$' clock, I took the time and I
Came up from behind
And pretty much snuck up
And butt-*%@%+# this game up
Better be careful when you bring my name up
@!@@ this fame, that ain't what
I came to claim but the game
Ain't gonna be the same on the day that I leave it
But I swear one way or another imma make these %!!$$$' haters believe that
I swear to God, won't spare the rod
I'm a man of my word, so your %!!$$$' heads better nod
Or imma @!@@ around in this @!%#% and roast everybody!
Sleep on me, that pillow is where your head'll lie
Permanently, @!%#%, it's beddy-bye
This world is my Easter egg, yeah! prepare to die
My head is swole, my confidence is up
This stage is my pedestal
I'm unstoppable, incredible
Hope you're trapped in my medicine ball
I could run circles around you so fast your %!!$$$' head'll spin, dawg
I split your cabbage and your lettuce and olives
I'll %!!$$$'
Lil Wayne Chorus:
So I pick the world up and imma drop it on your %!!$$$' head
@!%#%, imma pick the world up and imma drop it on your %!!$$$' head
And I could die now, Rebirth %$@!%%*#*+*+
Hop up in my spaceship and leave Earth, %$@!%%*#*+*+
I'm gone
%$@!%%*#*+*+, I'm gone

Dude's acting like this was a super concept oriented track. Y'all listening to a Wayne/Em song for some social commentary or something? I wasn'texpecting some ground breaking subjects when I heard the collab.

On this track I'm more focused on flow and rhyme scheme, and Eminem is unmatched right now.

Just my thoughts.

Check out the two tweets above from Just Blaze (a producer) which I swiped from Nah Right! It looks like Lil Wayne was in the studio all night with Eminemyesterday creating some magic for Em's upcoming 2010 album - Relapse 2.
