My American Eskimo puppy eats Purina Puppy Chow currently and when he's older he'll be eating Purina Pro Plan. I have no reason for the choice for Purina, I just get it for free from school and honestly have had no complaints... as long as the food is palatable and a decent nutrient content, it's good with me...

First 4 ingredients are meat and its the highest rated dry food on a few dog sites.

All of those Beneful, Purina, Pedigree, etc are all crap. Look at the ingredients, you might as well be feeding your dog a vegetarian diet.

My dog is healthy and happy and it came recommended from the people I bought him from.  He hasn't had any major health issues (food related anyway) and he is always energetic and lively.  He doesn't have digestive issues and poops regularly (and it's firm/normal) While your "

Thanks though.

It's not about getting elitist.  It's about having a healthy dog.  Healthy dog=no vet bills

Exactly, no allergic reactions or other health issues. Plus it keeps your dogs coat nice, and helps maintain good energy levels. My dog gets compliments on his fur all the time. I feed TOTW lamb but might switch to evo because he's got some funky breath.
