Ok most money order companies will give you a copy of the cashed MO if you request it. Getting that is good because they must be signed on the back to be cashed which gives you proof of who cahsed it. Most likely since it was cashed it was him but you're lack of tracking is a huge mistake. Go to iss to the regional city forum and post what happened. Most importantly don't give up. You quitting means the next guy is getting scammed just like you did. Stalk his posts, click his profile and every time he replies anywhere bring up what happened. If you let him get away with it then it's on you.

I actually went and got that done today, they said it takes 24 hours to get the copy. I'm picking it up tomorrow.
 
let me give you some advice

if it seems too good to be true, it probably is
stick to that and you will miss out on less that you would get taken for

that site sucks horse meat. i posted a scammers number, his moms number, myspace, facebook, and twitter on there, and it was locked and i got banned when i made another thread posting the info and asking why the mods on there support scammers.

i only go on there to sell, and every time i do i get clown %@$ little accident kids either lowballing or expecting me to ship first.

Do this, do what manglor said, then go to the police, and contact the post office, mail fraud is a serious crime and if your persistent about it

i got scammed 4 times over $1,000

never ship first and only way to get them back is goto their home and beat da F**k out of the dude
 
eff that talk, pay me and ill go to his house harrass his mother, show her this thread and why im at her door pestering her for shoes, and while were at it ima order a few pizzas to that address tomorrow.

those dudes on iss are little fraud pieces of crap.  little high school kids scamming left and right that would pee their pants if someone pays them a visit.
 
It's against the rules to post personal info on iss, I mean, if a mod doesn't see it you're fine but if someone snitches then you get the ban
