Don't pay for cabs, everything is within walking distance or at least the city bus. Catch the shuttle bus from the airport
Fashion Show Mall and the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace have everything you could want shopping-wise
A few of the strip clubs offer free limo service and HUGE discounts on boxing/UFC fight nights
Carry cash with you for gambling, ATM fees are OD if you have to keep taking money out repeatedly
Don't spend too much money the first night, spread it out.

Don't visit the ATM more than you need to, fees can be up to 10$
Don't go to bada-bings....sucks
Don't believe the girls on the cards the mexicans hand out on the street is the actual girl that will show up at your hotel door.
Don't get too drunk in the club, lots of crossdressing going on an you might end up spit-swapping with another man.
Don't do the buffet at the casino...$%$+ is odee expensive and nasty.

I just came back on Monday night from Vegas...wild weekend
Stop at the liquor store and get a bottle, if you drink at clubs drinks will range from $12-15 a piece. There is a liquor store in Planet Hollywood mall called ABC, near the middle of the strip. Drink throughout the day.
Those dudes on the streets that ask if you want to go to clubs with free admission and free limo are the truth, they will get you in. Sometimes they make you pay for the cards at a discounted rate (still cheaper then if you got it at the door) and somtimes they work off of tips. I dealt with Shorty Paulie and he got me into clubs with free limo service all night, i just tipped him and the drivers.
Hooking up with random people is mad easy, just be safe....and like someone said before don't do it while too intoxicated...it might end up being a dude.
If you go to Tao or XS get there early, the lines are crazy.
R&M Seafood is the best resturant ive ever been to, hands down.
There's a McDonalds in MGM if you want to eat cheap.

M hotel off the strip has a pretty good, fairly priced buffet which includes free beer and wine.

Go to Ellis Island Hotel & Casino. It's like a $7 cab ride from the Bellagio and a few blocks off the strip. Eat at the restaurant there. Ask for the Steak special, which is not on the menu. They give you a 16 oz home brewed beer, a salad, and then a steak with a potato and your choice of side... All for $6.99. It's a tradition for me whenever me and friends go out there. So cheap, but a very solid meal. Plus you can gamble while you wait. I've been there four times and have left winning money each time.
Also go to Spearmint Rhino or Saphires. These are the two best strip clubs in Vegas.
Caesars and Bellagio have my two favorite sports books. The Wynn and the Venetian have the best Black Jack imo.
Go see the tiger habitat in the MGM Grand (it's free).
