Well for those that have been eagerly wanting and waiting for them, it looks like you’re KIND OF getting the Metallic Purples, but with a catch. That catch being that they have a Satin sock liner, and they’re technically a Woman’s shoe/sizing. Dropping June 3rd is what I’ve seen.

Why didn't they make the reds actual metallic? The Navy's looked more metallic.

I mean, $2500 from the buyers perspective- yeah that’s a bit crazy but I get it, some collectors have deep pockets and will pay what’s necessary to get them, logic be damned. But theres no chance those are legit - full size run??? eBay will authenticate- I am really curious how that will work out. I wonder if they’ll just put 2 and 2 together and use common sense that they’re fake. Do they look at the seller’s profile/history/other items? Or if they’ll inspect the shoe and if it checks out, approve them.

I got suckered into purchasing a few pairs lol. the faded pairs have that nice vintage aesthetic, my only gripe is they are a little thicker/wider than retro laces

NEED purples. I copped the DTRT's DS four years ago. Tried on and immediately posted back up for sale because they were so stiff, even stiffer than 2013 chicago's IMO. Some of the worst quality sneakers I've ever had. **** that tumbled plastic. If they don't make the new ones past men's 10.5 I'm gonna be very upset

yeah its not bad, its on par with the recent goldenrod dunk highs. Some other dunk highs I've felt has been on the stiffer side.

have a pair of the cream foxtrot laces too....no gripes about price because you can tell he went the extra mile to make it 1:1 weave and weight with vintage 85 laces and you cant get that literally anywhere else

if it aint your steez, nothing stopping you from grabbing some budget alternatives from like amazon or ebay something
