Bro this is basically the duffle backpack that I have.

I got the XL. The thing is huge. Very Strudy. I was actually concerned about the strap holding it place but it never slipped.
I wished it also included a single strap but it's not a deal breaker.
I packed an iron with the box, 4 pair of shoes, 6-7 pair of shorts/pants, etc.
Basically the house.
I may get the L - which I think is the better size for my 5 day-7 day travels.
So here the thing, I got my XL bag from the outlet for $93. The L is $75.
If you can't get to a NF outlet, hit me bro. I'll go grab you one.

I have a Medium Base Camp & bought a separate army-type strap for the shoulder. Easy to clip on/off when needed.
As mentioned I think Large Base Camps are usually the cutoffs for airlines. My Medium is perfect for everything. Love it.
