2-3 times, depending on how strong that particular cologne is.  I do 1-2 pumps on my left wrist and smear it with the other wrist and smear both wrists on my neck to the back of my ears.  And 1 pump  on the chest.

Ever since I found my new spot, I've been averaging a new bottle a week or so. 

  Just need the Light Blue and I think I'll be content.
