Pretty easy actually, he flops, complains to the refs, gets a generous whistle and has this whole "I don't care about basketball that much" schtick that people act like is cool cause it's him.

He’s not the gambler.
He’s just an extremely over trusting individual who isn’t good with money.
You can tell by his decision to defer most of his salary another 20 years. His agents and and financial people but of have been livid.
But Ohtani made that decision. Those were his wishes.
