^^^^^^I am a sucker for star bursts but that is just my taste. It depends on the photo I guess but I always make sure to do one of each (with and without) but I always tend to edit the star bursts.

Fong & Steezy - I just carried one lens while I'm at Vegas. I dont carry all, just pick what I believe is the right lens that will do the job. As for the imaging part, i'll just use what I've been doing so far, too much of a hassle haha. Right on though.

Some photos from my last day in Vegas.

A lot more on the blog - www.dunksrnice.net

35mm f2 any good? It's 206 for a refurb item on canon's website. Considering it. I do however, already have a 50mm 1.4.

Looking for a 17-40L or another wide angle :nerd:, suggestions?

Thanks man, but I'm not grandpappy haha. My daughter is the one on the right. Shoot, I'm only 23.

Anyone using the Nikon 3100?

Thinking about buying one. I've always wanted to get into photography and I've been reading how that camera is a good place to start

I've got it. It is a good starter camera but if you're looking to get into full frame canon will be a better choice in the end. The LCD on the 3100 isn't the best.

Yes. That screen is beyond horrible which makes no damn sense. It's not like that camera is cheap still. They should have put a better screen in cause you can never really tell how detailed your pics are.

I alway stand by this but get a Canon T3i body with a 50mm 1.8 lens or the 40mm pancake. Best bang for your buck and it will teach you how to shoot more interesting photos and more so cause the focal length is really narrow. Then after, get a wide angle lense.

^ I remember being given the d3100 for a class I took. Already had the d5100 at the time so I rarely used the one provided. Didn't have any issues with it so its decent.

That being said, since the d5200/3200 have been out for some time, you should go ahead and grab a d5100. I think the d3200 might even cost a little less if you look it up.
