my iPod Video had a broken LCD, but it was working fine, although difficult to use.
I brought it to power mac center at trinoma.
The guy said that it would cost 6k for the LCD, but he was gonna try and see if he could "extend" my warranty. (bought it Nov 2006.)
I did not want to attempt to see and wanted it back (i was gonna try and sell it at GH) but my idiot dad said it was worth the 500 to see if the guy could"extend" the warranty.
The next day, they called to inform me that the unit had died.
so the person speaking instructed me to call the support line and ask for my warranty to be extended.
I haven't talked to anyone yet, because the call center was closed when I called.
Anyone know someone at apple who I could complain to??
