Wayne's best was C1 or C2...His lyrical content is pathetic! and IMO thats not rapping...i'd give a 6/10 just because he is a good entertainer and forhis hustle.

from 99 - 06 wayne was one of my favorites!!! and i would have gave him a 8/10 easily!

but today?!? o gosh...i gotta give hime a sorry 4/10

....homie just did too much and burned hiself out, now all he does is make stuff rhyme and use silly punchlines
