After reading up on Masonry for about 4/5 years, I wanted to join the Joseph Warren Gothic Lodge here in NYC... I did the 3 socials etc etc... and one very, very strange experience changed it all for me ..right when I was sitting down breaking bread with these guys on my third social.. I still have all of my social letters to join the blue lodge etc.. I took this pic a few years back

Nothing crazy but just a lil somethin, anyway, no point in joining. but just so you know, it's a highly spiritual thing, not RELIGIOUS, but spiritual.. it's all about that realm you can't touch, taste or see

Yeah one of my best friends is a Prince Hall Mason.  His fathers side has been in it for a few generations and his mother is in the Order of Eastern Star.  So I know quite a bit of what he's "allowed" to tell me.  Dude actually won't tell me certain things but I'm a smart dude so I figure it out anyways and call him out.  And based on his reaction I can tell wether or not Im accurate lol.

All I can say is, the Goat/Pentagram/ Baphomet goes hand in hand (as most know)... don't let an upright pentagram fool you either (see american flag) .. Whats the "spirit" (for lack of a better word) behind the star, pentagram?

I'm not a mason, my grandad gave it to me before he passed. I probably shouldn't be wearing it, but it's meaning transcends a lot of the norms associated with wearing it. He told me not to join and find the light for myself. I come from a long family history of Freemasons. Some 33'rds in there as well. It's rumored my family started the Prince Hall lodge as my last name is Hall.

Most of the stuff they know, you can find out on your own. There's american history secrets and stuff like that, but that doesn't really do anything for your spiritual growth.

I graduated with a degree in English, and NONE of these words that people try to break down are made up of english words put together like people keep trying to make it. It's all from other languages, mainly Greek and Latin.

It just makes me so angry because a person who does that is basically telling me that they heard someone tell them something and decided it was true without doing ANY research.

LIke, there are real meanings and breakdowns to these words that you could use. For example:

There once was one grand lodge(Grand lodge of England) for all masons to petitions to get a charter to start their own lodge. Now Since most lodges at the time were European lodge ie white they rejected a lot of the non white petitions . Thus creating a split The grand lodge of England and the united grand lodge of England. Illuminati was real but not this incarnation of it. they were scientist who had an opposite viewof how the universe works making it harder for the church to keep people locked into there way of thinking and also hurting their pocket books. Don't ever mess with the church money is what my pops used to tell me and I was true, the knights Templar were just as rich or more rich than the church (Vatican ) pre inquisition. Most prince hall mason claim they have one by the grand lodge of England in 1776. Why would England lodge grant Black Americans and lodge when they were at war. Also were is the Charter .... well it burned .....well it got lost in the boston tea party......well it at the grand lodge of England.....the point no one knows where the prince hall charter is .
