i got 2 pairs of bred 11 for christmas, i got an offer for ds 10.5 cool grey 9's...should i take it?

If you want the Cool Grey 9s then sure. I personally wouldn't because I'm not a fan of the shoes.

Bred 11's are worth a lot more in my opinion .... there are pairs sitting if you look online and in store bred 11's can catch a better trade then cool grey 9's .... if you want the 9's the other person has too add $100 cash
