Why does NT look like this on my Mac at home?

I've never seen that in all my years of Mac + Safari on NT. I remember Opera used to have an option to disable HTML or something where all sites would lookreally basic with only text and images... maybe you changed some settings some how.

I use mac with safari. Works fine for me
