I know what you mean. I wasn't planing on copping the BOB's but I tried them on at FTL when I picked up my liberty pair and thought these were okay. I walked from the bench to the mirror twice and they came out looking FOUL like your pics, I can't do it. I did the same thing with liberty pair...
Nikes now only go up a women size 12. I think they stopped making shoes in sz 13 a few years ago. I remebering looking around everywhere like crazy for the womens white "Grape" AM 97's to no avail.
Unless you Nike ID a pair.
I'm with everyone who wants the metallics to retro. I'll take all the colors that haven't retroed and blk/red KO's PLEASE!!!! Make this 30th anniversary epic JB.
Can't really do AJ 1 lows because the're way to low for my taste. I owned one pair, the womens blue/ white demin pair, only because I love denim on kicks. I would still have them but that wnm sz 13 didn't fit any more. Money saved for me, lol. More power to everybody that really wants them.
If the 12's are retro I would with the quickness, but if they are OG I wouldn't. To me OG 12's hold high value due to quality and shape alone. Like I said if it was worn once OG 12's with the box, that's grail status and harder to find than a retro. The Ferrari 14's are FIRE though, lol!! I...
The BIN 23 series IS great. Every colorway is fire imo except the 7's, so I didn't cop those. The materials is on point though. I agree with Cement Greyman that a BIN 23 black/infra-red prototype would be fire. I would love to see a AJ 14 or maybe a black based AJ 3 with a full rubber...
I think back then JB was going to release them with the mostly infra-red midsole as some catalogs showed them as and at last minute JB changed the colorblocking back to OG form and then we we're left with that infamous sample.
To me all the retro 12's are cut a half size bigger to the OG's. But to add to the horror stories, I had a pair scheduled to be delivered by USPS on my day off. Needless to say they never attempted to deliver them even though tracking says they did. So I go to pick them up from the post office...
^We can't forget the Levi's, Laser Premier, "Gucci" Premier, and the Easter basket weave Premier 1's all from 2008!!! All of which have better leather than any pair from 2009 and most 1's these days. Also the Laker OG colorway from 2009 has the same slightly tumbled leather, in the same areas as...
