Lucky you. My mbp from 08 runs like crap. And I can't even move onto snow leopard because my DVD drive has been broken for 2 years now. And battery has been dead too lol. Apple was cool about replacing everything tho, all 11 times. Till warranty ran out and everything kept breaking.

My gaming pc is running like a champ tho, my gpu did die last year but that was easy as hell to replace.

yup, bought my aluminum macbook in 2008. runs exactly the same

sad that i have friends who got laptops not even a year ago with windows on them and they are already slow as hell and laggy. SMH
