The verizon press release is out and it says nothing about exclusivity while the Droid RAZR's press release does...expect to see this on Verizon, Sprint and hopefully unlocked or at best buy for at&t and t-mobile.

Just a heads up, the GSM version is a pentaband 3G device (850/900/1900/1700/2100) so it'll work on any 3G network in the world-the same phone will work on at&t and t-mobile in the states.

Would it surprise you that the idiots in charge of these systems and labels usually put digital albums on the server well in advance?

Even so, the album should have been grabbed from iTunes, amazon, or another digital retailer's servers by now (in this case, iTunes would be the choice since it appears to have an exclusive).  The label is being extra careful with this release and pushed back the date the album gets uploaded to...
