What I own now is priceless. The crap I had to go through to get what I have now is realistically a nightmareOriginally Posted by Mayhemgatz

The real money is made elsewhere.

but i agree with Fresh on when it comes time for the next big step, more than likely marriage will be the only thing that would make me do it....I'll be selling a good amount of my kicks.

Exactly. I know that there is no real "worth" to my shoes, besides that which I have given it. How much have I spent? Way way too much lol but I can say I've never gone into debt because of it.Originally Posted by T21D

I don't see how this turned into a "Investing your life savings into shoes" thread. I can't understand why you would even mention "investing". As far as "worth" goes, anything you own has is worth something as long as someone is willing to pay for it. Just like the computer your reading this on, someone somewhere would be willing to pay $x.xx to buy it from you and that's what it would be "worth". The same goes for your car, your TV, or the sneakers in your closet.Originally Posted by sarteaga0408

LOL at SDubl.
Shoes are NOT an investment and I really don't understand why people see it that way.
