Thanks for the response. I believe he got it on Kith.com and I am looking to pick it up on ebay. I have ordered from Kith before and have always got a receipt with my package so it had me wondering.
Hey guys had a quick question. I am looking to purchase one of the Kith x Nike "Just Us" shirts. The seller said he did not receive an actual receipt from Kith. Were fakes made of these or should I be worried? Thanks in advanced.
Slowly increase macros rather than go full bulk mode. Regardless you will be adding fat on along with muscle, however a slow controlled bulk will minimize fat gains.
Glad to see you walked away injury free.
I didn't run Smolov for squats however I did run Smolov Jr for bench and had some success with it. You should look at the template and plug in your working max. Perhaps the first few rounds might be using working weights lower than you are used to. I would probably say with higher frequency...
I used to be the only out of my group of friends that was a sneakhead. I remember being stoked when I got the air slimshady airbursts and my friends didn't give 2 cents. lol .. As times, priorities, and friends have changed I actually find myself being the only one not really into shoes anymore...
A lot of these "fitness" youtubers are promoting it. Don't quote me on this but I believe the owners used to work at Cellucor/Neon Sport.
Yes, at retail it is pricey; however this deal is pretty good. I ended up getting 2 peanut butter cereal and 1 blueberry pastry.

Anyone try that Ghost Whey? GNC has a solid deal going on with buy 2 get 1 free and it stacks with a 20% coupon that is floating around. I got 3 tubs for 68 bucks shipped.
I haven't seen many people with those shoes at my gym. Most people are using Romaleos and Adidas powerlifts these days. Iso100 is great and they got some great flavors. Blue Star Iso-Smooth has a great chocolate flavor as well.
Ahh sorry to hear. I remember when I used to workout at 4am, I...
Glad to hear you are healed up and back to squatting.
If you are hitting your protein requirements for the day then BCAAs are not really needed. Alan Aragon has some great information on this topic.
Haha that's what I was telling my buddies before and during the fight. I will say Connor...
Just tried this new leg routine that was recently shown to me, much different from what I am used to. I switched out squats (due to elbow hurting) for hack squats and didn't have time to hip abductor work.
Lying Leg Curl
45 1x10
75 1x8
95 3x8
95 1x8, 75 1x8, 45 1x15 (triple drop set)

Dang sounds painful. Is it going to require stitches? What part of your foot was the cut? For cardio perhaps maybe something like the battle ropes would be something you could look into.
Hope you have a fast recovery man.
It all depends on the individual. I feel that a lot of people that deadlift either sumo or conventional, always stick to what they are strongest at when training.
Likewise.
Yeah I know the feeling. Currently back on the stairmaster and or rowing machine.
Congrats on the PR...
As for me...
Thanks man. I have been doing pull ups and pull down for years without any issues. I think it was a combination of multiple things. Instead of days off I was going into the gym and working out. I think what really got me was shoveling rock all over my backyard. That is a workout within itself...
