Foot Locker is so unreliable. I order my Kobe's at 8am Saturday no problem, I call to add faster shipping which is more expensive and they put a random hold on my account so it didn't even move today. I need them for my game on Thursday and now there's a chance I won't get them. Such b/s.

I know this is going to annoy some of you but I don't understand how the process works of using the b-day coupon whenever you buy a shoe.  I thought you only received a b-day coupon on your birthday?  Like I said, I have never used that idea/method so if you could explain it i'd appreciate it...
