Fake. Tongue is cut too short with the Flight patch too close to the top layer of the tongue. There is no hell bump present. The netting does not align correctly with the lace straps. The midsole is misshapen and the speckles are too large and too few on the straps. It doesn't look like...

That clear toe cap on the used pair is a dead giveaway of an early release pair.  Also, you can check the number of carbon fiber boxes between the ball in the Jumpman's hand and the largest circle on the front bottom of the sole.  Early release pairs generally have the ball placed about 3/4-1...
